- The prices are intended per person and night.
- We offer reductions for stays of minimum 7 days.
- Reductions for children: 0 - 1,9 years free of charge; 2 - 4,9 years -70%; 5 - 11,9 years -50%; 12 - 15,9 years -30%; additional guest from 16 years -15%.
- In addition to the total amount, a local tax of 3,00 € per person and night will be charged directly on site for all guests from 14 years of age.
- On request, we will be happy to send you our group rates.

Payment terms
- Deposit: To confirm your booking, you have to pay a deposit of € 150,00 per booked room within two weeks from the booking. The deposit may vary for last minute bookings and short stays.
- Means of payment: You have the possibility to pay the hotel bill in cash, by EC card or by credit card.
- Cancellation fees: In case of no show without cancellation, the deposit paid will be retained or the total amount for the first night will be charged to your credit card.
